Hi I'm Marta!

While working in production management for a food manufacturing company for nearly 20 years, I gained expertise in a wide range of business functions such as staff supervision, coaching & training, payroll, strategic business planning, and operations.
In noticing a lack of knowledge fellow community members had in starting a business, I became a business consultant to empower and equip new business owners with the right information to organize their ideas, improve operations, manage revenue, and maximize profitability.
